Folks,
I am looking to help a friend in Orange County identify a lawyer to assist her small company with a potential transaction that would: (a) sell marketing rights for their business (retail store) to a business to a vendor that operates concessions at large installations, including federal facilities; (b) allow the client equity in the group (might be an SPE) that is making a bid to run the concessions; (c) it could include PC qualifying under SBA regulations as a disadvantaged business (woman/minority owned).
That last point in particular is important--if anyone has experience with SBA, or Rural Business Cooperative Service issues that might be similar, it would be great.
