Arun Bhatia violates poll code

The Pune Lok Sabha constituency goes to vote tomorrow morning on the 23rd April. Arun Bhatia has violated the ECI norms by sending an SMS asking people to vote for his "People's Guardian Party" on 22nd April 2009 at around 10:50 pm. This is in gross violation of the ECI norms that prohibit such campaigning two days ahead of polls.

For all his appeals to the "educated" voters of Pune, this shows an absolute disregard for the constitutional norms as is being followed by other contestants in this constituency.
