Issue while submiting zip file to evaluation system

I am trying to submit the zip file generated by the VOT pack to the evaluation platform, but after selecting the file and clicking 'Submit', nothing happens. I have tried many times on both Firefox and Google Chrome, and the situation is the same. Does it occurred to anyone else?

Hi all,

sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the problem. The submission webpage is indeed temperamental but it does work with the right browser version. I don't know which ones are supported exactly, unfortunately, but recent Safari versions worked for me.

Thank you for the update. I just attempted to submit using the latest version of Safari (Version 26.5), but unfortunately, I am experiencing the exact same issue as I did with Firefox and Chrome.

Hello!
I get some response after I submit my zip file today,like "Sorry , failed to upload file." on both my chrome and firefox. Better than before ,but not manage to submit yet
is there anyone who solve this problem

The issue should be resolved now and the submission should work. Please let us know if you encounter any further issues - in this case provide also information about your system (os, browser, versions, etc. )
