vot pack issue

When I finished analyzing my tracker and wanted to pack the results, the vot pack command issues the following error: 

Collected 2628 files, compressing to archive ...

 Compressing          |            |   0% [00:00<?]

File is not a zip file

I cannot find any relevant discussions on the VOT website, how can I deal with this problem?

Well, there is a workaround here: https://github.com/votchallenge/toolkit/issues/33 

I will see if I will have time to fix this today.
