Dear all,
We (Stac, Me & Matej) are proud to announce the release of STOCK
(structure mapper and online coarse-graining kit for molecular
simulations):

and
<http://stock.cmm.ki.si/>
which allows visually to create mapping files compatible with VOTCA.
Additionally it does IBI, which is useful to perform a couple of
iterations manually to get a feel for what is going on.
