This time for real ;-) This will most likely be the last release of
the Votca 1.6 series as we are working on Votca 2021 already. The
1.6.3 release only contains a couple of minor fixes, nothing major,
mainly finding a keyword read in xtp.

Fedora, OpenSuse, Spack and Gentoo packages are on their way.

Please note that VOTCA 1.6.3 is incompatible with the latest ctp
module. However, you can still build the latest ctp version following
the instructions here:
https://gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/votca/votca/-/blob/master/README.md
