Votca 1.6.2 released

This will most likely be the last release of the Votca 1.6 series as
we are working on Votca 1.7 already. The 1.6.2 release contains a
couple of build fixes, but most importantly fixes a bug in mulit-component
IMC (big thanks to Marvin Bernhardt for finding and fixing it), so please
update if you are using this method.

Fedora, OpenSuse, Spack and Gentoo packages are on their way.

Please note that VOTCA 1.6.2 is incompatible with the latest ctp
module. However, you can still build the latest ctp version following
the instructions here:
https://gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/votca/votca/-/blob/master/README.md
