csg_stat problem

Dear Sir,

When i use the command  csg_stat

an error occurred:
Topology does not have beads of type "S1"
This was specified in type1 of interaction "MSN-MSN"

I just use the all-atom md.tpr and md.trr and the MSN represents the name o=
f beads. I don't know why the all-atom topology need to contain the beads o=
f type S1. do you know what happened?
