Votca 2025.1 released

Votca 2025.2 was just released.

The 2025.2 release contains a couple of minor bug fixes and most
importantly support for boost-1.89. And we now also provide ARM64
containers for e.g. Mac.

Fedora and Spack packages are on their way.

Due to a lack of developers, 2025.1 will be the last release of the 2025 series.
And we will soon start a major clean up (issues #797, #811,
#820,#765,…) and remove some ancient code (issue #1181) to unblock
some new features such as better python integration (issue #1179). If
you have any concerns, please comment on our issue tracker
(https://github.com/votca/votca/issues).
