Initila CG force field

Hi Christoph Junghans, 

I would like to ask how I can generate an initial CG force field after mapping. I saw an example in VOTCA that showed how to generate a force field like that. Could you guide me on how to proceed?

Usually the PMF is used as the initial force field for which you have
a couple of options:
1.) Create it by hand
2.) Use csg_boltzmann to create it.
3.) have csg_inverse create it for you from the distributions.
