Votca 2026 released

Votca 2026 was just released.

For the 2026 release we did a major clean-up removing some ancient code.

As usual due to a lack of developers we will NOT fix any bugs in the
previous Votca releases (2025.X and below) anymore, so we encourage
everyone to update and use the new version.

Fedora and Spack packages are on their way.
