Dear Sir

When i use the command csg_stat --top md.tpr --trj md.trr --cg 88.xml --options settings.xml, it occurs that an error occurred:

Topology does not have beads of type "S1"
This was specified in type1 of interaction "MSN-MSN".

But i use all-atom md.tpr and md.trr according to the manual. The all-atom topology doesn't contain the atom name and MSN represnets the name of beads. so, could you tell me how to deal with it? Thank you very much~~~~
