This will most likely be the last release in the Votca 2021 series as
we are gearing up for Votca 2022 already.
The 2021.2 release contains a couple of minor bug fixes. Most
importantly we fixed an issue in the mass-based detection in the
lammps topology reader.

Fedora, OpenSuse, Spack and Gentoo packages are on their way.
