Votca 1.6.1 released

Votca 1.6.1 was released.

This will most likely be the last release of the Votca 1.6 series as
we are working on Votca 1.7 already. The 1.6.1 release contains many
small bug fixes, but most importantly fixes a bug in the calculation
used during the relative entropy calculation, so please update if you
are using this method.

Fedora, OpenSuse, Spack and Gentoo packages are on their way.

Please note that VOTCA 1.6.1 is incompatible with the latest ctp
module. However, you can still build the latest ctp version following
the instructions here:
https://gitlab.mpcdf.mpg.de/votca/votca/-/blob/master/README.md
