It seems like bonded distributions are not normalized correctly for bonded
interactions.

For IBI that doesn't matter too much, but we should at least normalize them
with bin size and count.

The normalization over frames was already there, but the normalization with
the bin size was missing. I fixed that.

But I couldn't really find an easy way to determine if an interaction is a
bond or an angle.

Any ideas?
