The bondtypes are still a big hack in csg_inverse, after I implemented
bonded ibi.

Should we move tf to user interactions (i.e. <non-bonded> -> <user>) now,
as we anyway have changed a lot on the way to 1.3 ?

We could also make it separate tag like <thermo-force> ?
