v1.7.4 bugfix for hosting photos in Flickr

Hi all,

Flickr changed their API some weeks ago and now all communications go through secure connections.

This modification broke VoSeq's tool for uploading photos to Flickr.

This has been fixed in the new version of VoSeq v1.7.4 which you can find in the following link:
