Hi,

I just released a new version of VoSeq (2.1.4) that fixes a bug when creating datasets using only one or two codon positions. Previously the bases used to be scrambled in the datasets.

Update to the latest VoSeq version from github and update the requirements by installing them on your server (pip install -r requirements/base.txt
