Creating dataset

Hi,

I was wondering whether the labels (taxon names) in the dataset created by VoSeq can be somehow modified? Right now the labels are in this way: VoucherCode_Genus_Species, followed by sequences. I would like to have instead Genus_Species_VoucherCode. Is that possible? The main reason is that some tree databases, such as TreeBASE, require that the taxon labels should start with the taxon name first, followed by voucher codes, so that it's easier to cross-reference species names with other repositories.

Yes, probably makes more sense to have Genus_Species_Code in the datasets.

We are currently rewriting VoSeq. So far it looks promising as the Create_dataset tool is now 30X faster.

We will include this format in the next release of VoSeq.
