I just published the 2.0.0-beta version of VoSeq.
It is beta because all the needed features have been implemented.
We will do some testing and fix some bugs before doing the real release (2.0.0).
There are some features that should be implemented in the next versions of VoSeq.
We will take care of it after we try to publish a paper on VoSeq 2.0.0
