/cms Shows up as blank after upgrade

So I went from vosao .99 to 1.00 and my whole life has flip turned upside down a la fresh prince.

So my page comes up fine ( http://lib-masters.appspot.com ) but I cannot access /cms.

I attempted /update but I got "database is up to date".

So at this point - I'm sad and hard pressed to figure out what to do. Any suggestions from anyone would be spectacular.

Update:

So I found the old vosao 0.99 war and deployed it and my CMS works again. 

Now . I have two versions out - 1.0 and 0.99. 

How exactly do I upgrade?

I went to /update on both the 0.99 and 1.0 and it says the DB is up to date, but the 1.0 CMS will not work.

Hi vosao user

Use 1.0 version

Use /cms/ , never /cms

And be cool !
