Performance issues

Hi everyone,

I am using Vosao CMS for one of my site ( http://www.ppnii.ru/ ) for almost 3 years already. And sometime have very slow performance. It takes 2-3 sec to open the page. I am not guru in GAE thus can not tune anything there. It would be highly appreciated if someone can look at the system and tell me what's the problem. I relay like this CMS and do not want to change it..

the problem was fixed in a recent version. Since 0.9.15
