Ihave a project I am starting but would like to know the most efficient way to pull this off...( A little background) I am new to Adobe, and from what I have uncovered so far, there is no organization of users, content, meetings, etc...that I have seen. I was handed this....

Can anyone outline the best way to do this? I was thinking a meeting room, the attach a cost center to it, and move all the content (once I figure out where it belongs) into the meeting....Does this make sense?

Meetings did not make sense to me either, and I am looking for how to set one up, attach it to (?), and then move content into it so I can test to see how this works from start to finish. Any suggestions or better yet, a step by step? I have created a test cost center, but do not know the next steps....

I'm interested in buying All Apps which as mentioned it "Includes 100GB of cloud storage.......Up to 10TB ".

I've been looking around to see how much does it cost to buy extra space up to 3tb but I can't find that information anywhere.

Thanks arij2010. It does seem kind of curious that they're going out of their way to not have the pricing publicized for the higher tier plans. It makes me wonder if there's some wheeling and dealing possible on those prices, or if they simply don't want to get into a storage price battle with Apple and Google.

It's honestly getting more and more frustrating that, as the large vendors shift towards software as a service, they're also shifting towards a strategy of intentional lock-in for their own proprietary storage. I don't want to have to buy Adobe storage for Lightroom photos, iCloud storage for docs and things I want sync'd across my devices, including Photos.app after I export my Lightroom jpeg's and want them in a more convenient place on all my Apple devices, Google storage for their apps, email, etc. I'd really love to just have everything integrate with one provider of my choosing, such as Box. More and more third party apps are starting to provide hooks into the public storage-as-a-service providers who have an API, and if a vendor's software is designed to lock me in to them, it encourages me to look at alternatives for the software which let me use the storage of my choice.

The cloud based Lightroom CC uses Adobe Cloud space. For other applications you have really enough data with the 100gb option. This changes, however, if you use cloud space extensively for data exchange with your customers and subcontractors. But there you have the choice of a common provider.

One plan may not be comparable with a different one, as the services attached are not the same. You need to consider, that for Lightroom, you absolutely need Creative Cloud space. If it is for general file storage, Creative Cloud space is working, but may not be the best option. For collaborative working with Adobe applications, Creative Cloud is the best option.

Okay, so every so often when I am editing a form ((MAINLY FORM 8821, from the IRS)) I get a message that my form cannot be edited in Adobe & that it needs to be edited in LiveCycle Designer... But where & How do I do this. I can't info on LiveCycle Designer anywhere! And so when I ask adobe for tech support I am told that adobe does not offer support for livecycle any longer!

You are NOT MEANT to edit these forms, and trying to can cause SERIOUS issues. This often happens with Government forms. Worse, people sometimes do manage to edit it, which makes the forms useless and may get into all sorts of issues with the Government. DO NOT TRY TO EDIT IRS FORMS, EVER !! Only fill them.

LiveCycle Designer is now called AEM Forms Designer and I believe it is available for standalone purchase. Expand the faq "I am using LiveCycle Designer and I just want a few more Designer licenses. What do I do?" on this page, End of Core Support Notice for Adobe LiveCycle , for more details

The link to Adobe Checkout displays a "Product not available" page. I need a standalone, replacement product for Adobe LiveCycle ES4 to create static, accessible, PDF forms. Any information is appreciated.

I have a theory that Adobe is actively discouraging the sales of this product because it perpetuates the use of the PDF 2.0 non compliant XFA format (You can technically make a standard PDF with LiveCycle / AEM Forms, but not easily). However, they are willing to keep it going for those who bought into it as part of the server suite of products. I can't explain their behavior any other way.

Well with Acrobat XI they replaced LiveCycle with FormsCentral, which used LiveCycle internally but ultimately produced AcroForms. After XI, they removed a form generation product altogether in Acrobat, suggesting SMBs use a third party product, or look at AEM Forms. AFAIK, there are no drop in replacements for the creation of XFA forms outside of AEM Designer.

The first-year introductory price of $19.99/mo or $239.88/yr will remain the same for eligible students and teachers. The renewal price of the Creative Cloud All Apps for students and teachers plan will increase as follows:

Adobe has also adjusted the price of Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products sold on Adobe.com in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Sweden and Turkey, to reflect changes in foreign exchange rates.

Equip yourself with the skills needed for creative and digital careers through Adobe Creative Cloud, offering over 20 applications for print, video, or online content creation. With applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, you open doors to career opportunities such as Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Digital Marketer, User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) Designer, or Motion Graphics Designer.

Adobe applications require a subscription to use. These subscriptions range in cost between $5 and $55 per month. You could be looking to pay around $700 a year to use Adobe applications. However, that price does give you access to all of the Adobe applications and new programs as they are released. When you break that cost down, for each application within Creative Cloud, you pay less than $3 a month to use it.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a computer software application that allows users access to all the different Adobe programs. Creative design and marketing professionals typically use it to create content for print, video, or online distribution. You can find professionals in nearly every industry that uses Adobe Creative Cloud, including advertising, website design, and video editing.

Adobe Creative Cloud is a one-stop shop for all creative projects, and several applications are industry leaders for creative software. Adobe has over 20 applications, though typically, when referring to Adobe Creative Cloud, people think of the top five most popular; After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro. However, Adobe Creative Cloud has much more to explore.

Adobe offers applications to fit every project, from allowing users to view and edit PDF files to designing and publishing web pages. The top five applications allow users to edit photos and videos, create visual effects and motion graphics, and create page layouts, typography, and illustrations. With other programs like Adobe Spark, users can create social media or web content directly from their computer or phone. Dreamweaver allows users to publish web pages with a simplified code engine. Adobe Aero focuses on the world of augmented reality. There are endless possibilities for creating with Adobe Creative Cloud.

If you don't know about a particular application yet, you can use Adobe's free trial and watch tutorials online to determine if that program is right for you. Or you can subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud and gain access to all the programs, allowing you to try out programs you never even thought about using.

Before Adobe became a subscription-based program, they released priority licensing for each software. Priority licensing could cost a person almost $1000 every time they release a new program version. As computers began to update, and Adobe had to keep up to date with those changes, they would release programs every year or two. Keeping up-to-date with the programs became relatively expensive for the average user. By switching to a subscription-based program, Adobe can get its products in the hands of the average person for a single monthly price. There is no extra cost when updates occur; applications update as soon as you open Adobe Creative Cloud.

Companies will always strive to produce applications similar to those that Adobe produces for a lower price. While these less expensive programs may be able to accomplish some of the same tasks as Adobe software, there is a reason Adobe is one of the best software to use in the creative industry. Cheaper applications often produce lower-quality work, especially when they are in the hands of beginners. So while the price may be worth it, the outcome is not.

Businesses use print, web, and video advertisements to capture our attention and tempt us into paying for a product or service. Companies need to hire individuals who know how to create these images, graphics, and videos. Knowing how to generate such products is a lucrative skill to have on any resume. Adobe applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are in-demand skills that can prepare you for several career opportunities. Career possibilities include Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Digital Marketer, User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) Designer, or Motion Graphics Designer. Each of these creative careers offers competitive salaries and can often provide remote working opportunities.
