VR-NamePlate mounting issue

The VR-Nameplate part will not mount to the bot correctly.

To fix it, in OnShape:

change 'transform2' to 60 degrees

change 'transform1' to 10 degrees

Thanks I will check this out and incorporate the fix in the official model when confirmed.
