DPad schematic

Greetings!

Here in Moscow I can't find where to buy DPad module and it's long time to wait it from China. 

I think it has simple schematic and I have everything needed to build it by my myself but I dono resistors value. 

May be someone knows schematic and resistors value and will share it?
