For Chrome, there is an extension called MultiLogin, which gives support for different sessions in each tab. Note that it is only free for personal use, so if you are using it at work, you may have to email the developer to inquire about a commercial license.

As far as I know, there is no extension for Internet Explorer that allows for multiple sessions in the same window. But for IE10, to get a new session in a new window, press alt to open the menu bar, then click File->New session.

To test multiple sessions, you can try using the very handy IE browser session test page. You can set the background color of the page, then open it again in a new session and you should be able to set a different background. It also displays what sessions are being stored in the browser's sessionStorage and localStorage.

ACP-eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from certain participating providers, with a small copay. Most eligible families can receive a benefit of up to $30 per month applied to the cost of their internet service. ACP-eligible households who live on Tribal lands are eligible for a benefit of up to $75 per month.

Yes. You can also combine these benefits with other state and local benefits where available. They can be applied to the same qualifying service or separately to a Lifeline service and an Affordable Connectivity Program service with the same or different providers. For example, an eligible household could have a Lifeline-supported mobile phone service and a separate home internet service that is supported through the Affordable Connectivity Program.
