Performed the above steps awhile back and the problem was fixed. The problem has returned and now in the plugins page pepflash is the only option as the other 2 are not even listed anymore. Did Google change Chrome again?

Hey there. I had updated the real player but somehow when my downloading is in progress, suddenly the real player stopped and I dont evet get to download the video. And another case, the video had finished downloaded but I cannot played the video. This is happening to me yesterday. Before this, it was okay. Help me!

Assuming that you are using Google Chrome version 22 to download the videos, Google Chrome version 22 does not currently support our Download This Video feature. Try downloading the videos using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox/Internet Explorer.

Unfortunately, the latest release of Chrome 22 does not currently support our Download This Video feature. At this time, the only solution is to use Internet Explorer or Firefox for downloading videos with RealPlayer.

I have try all solutions and none have helped. I have downloaded realplayer and the download and recording does not work. I have also open explore and it did not work on there. Please help. I cant download videos.

Chrome 22 (released on Sept. 26, 2012) does not currently support our Download This Video feature. At this time, the only solution is to use Internet Explorer or Firefox for downloading videos with RealPlayer.

Close Chrome. Then using Internet Explorer, go to Adobe and download the flash installer. Run that to install Adobe, then open Chrome, and follow the steps above to disable Pepper. You may need to repeat this once you get updates from Chrome too.

I went to the link where you posted to try and turn it off and I got a blank page. I just downloaded realplayer just before I had to do this so I know it is up to date. I went in and went through the settings and made sure everything was okay. When I went to try and download a video from youtube using Google Chrome it doesnt work nor for Internet Explorer. Try updating your version of RealPlayer, today. We just released an update that should remedy this. If there are no updates, simply click on the orange button in the top right corner of this page and download and install the latest version.

I am at a loss. Why does this happen? I have realdownloader.exe installed or at least it tells me that I do when I try to install it again.

Well something along the lines of that anyways. Can you please fix whatever is wrong back to the way it used to be instead of the pop up thing because it is too confusing to learn how to do that all over again.
