vorax installation and configuration

I am trying to set up vorax on my new machine.

system is Arch Linux

I installed vorax (via gem) and vim plugin

when I open .sql file I am getting:

E117: Unknown function: vorax#utils#IsOpenTxn

E15: Invalid expression: vorax#utils#IsOpenTxn() ? "!" . g:vorax_output_txn_marker : ""

I can connect to oracle db but when I highlight the sql line to execute and <leader>e I get again above message.

Query runs fine and delivers results.

What can I check/change to avoid those above errors?

it seems the issue was with vorax vim plugin available here: https://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=3154 (4.3.31)

which is older than the version I used before on different computer (4.3.49)

I copied the version from my old computer and now everything works fine.

Glad you fix it! You should always rely on the last git version: https://github.com/talek/vorax4 :)

As we speak, the latest version is  4.3.55

yes, now I cloned it and it works as expected. First I found the
latest version on vim.org -> did not expect it was outdated :)
