output window multibyte characters

I am using Vorax in VIM 7.4 and noticed that no multibyte characters are shown in Output Window

example:

CITY       LENGTH(CITY) LENGTHB(CITY)

---------- ------------ -------------

?????????             9            18

LODZ                  4             7

should be (extracted from the same object just outside of Vorax plugin)

CITY   CITY_LENGTH CITY_LENGTHB

--------- ----------- ------------

КРАСНОДАР        9           18

ŁÓDŹ             4            7

How can I fix that?

it helped, NLS_LANG was unset, after setting it results display correctly.
