The emergence of public concerns regarding products that are still in doubt about the halalness of products in Indonesia makes the researcher try to understand the authority of the Indonesian Ulama Council, in this case issuing a fatwa related to the halal or haram of a product. Talking about fatwas, it cannot be separated from the authority of the Indonesian Ulama Council in issuing fatwas on the halal and haram of a product. This study employed library research with a siyasa syar'iyyah approach. The results showed that 1) the standards used by Indonesian Ulama Council in determining the halal and haram of a product by taking into account the legal status of the substances used, how to obtain them, how to produce them and how to market them, 2) related to the effectiveness of the inclusion of the halal logo and the existence of a halal certificate on every the product was still low because there were still products that did not have a halal certificate and the inclusion of a halal logo, and 3) the authority of Indonesian Ulama Council in halal certification from a siyasah syar'iyyah perspective by providing legal considerations among the people, even though it did not have binding legal force. As an implication of this study, it is hoped that there will be aware for the Muslim community to be more careful in consuming a product, especially Muslim business actors in order to understand the importance of halal certificates and the inclusion of a halal logo on each product.
Siyasah Syar'iyyah deals with state administration and affairs which is in accordance with syariah rules. The coverage of Siyasah Syar'iyyah is huge that encompasses politics, administration, financial, economy and social affairs. The ultimate aim of Siyasah Syar'iyyah execution is to assure public interest and benefits. This paper discusses Siyasah Syar'iyyah practices within the context of administration in Malaysia. There are four administration programmes that are discussed i.e. Islamic Values Installation Policy, Halal Hub Program, Social Responsibility and the establishment of Malaysian Standard (MS) 1900: 2005 from Islamic Perspective.

Meskipun kata siyasah (politik) tidak sekalipun disinggung di dalam Al Quran tetapi Islam tetap mengenal konsep dan etika politik. Islam mengenal konsep kepemimpinan dan pemerintahan yang sering diistilahkan dengan Siyasah Syar'iyyah, yaitu konsep politik di dalam yang mengatur hubungan antara pemimpin dan rakyat, termasuk prinsip-prinsip suksesi kepemimpinan. Di dalam Siyasah Syar'iyyah ini juga diatur pembatasan kewenangan pemimpin dan kepala negara, termasuh hak dan kewajiban warga negara dan hubungan antar negara. Bahkan sejumlah negara muslim memperluas cakupan Siyasah Syar'iyyah ke wilayah penataan ekonomi dan segala hal yang menyangkut hajat umat sebagai warga negara.
Kata siyasah sendiri menurut kalangan ahli Bahasa Arab berasal dari akar kata sasa-yasusu-siyasatan, berarti mengatur, memerintah atau melarang. Siyasah adalah suatu aktifitas yang dilakukan seseorang, sekelompok masyarakat, atau negara guna memperbaiki keadaan yang buruk menjadi baik, dan yang baik menjadi lebih baik. Di kalangan ulama Fikih, siyasah biasa diartikan sebagai interaksi yang dilakukan oleh seorang pemimpin secara evolusioner untuk mencapai satu kemaslahatan, sungguhpun tidak diperkuat oleh ayat-ayat Al Quran dan hadis.
Siyasah Syar'iyyah atau politik Islam sulit digambarkan dengan penjelasan kata-kata. Akan tetapi dapat dilustrasikan dengan konsep shalat jama'ah. Di dalam shalat berjama'ah ada tiga unsur yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan, yaitu imam, ma'mum, dan imamah.
Imam (pemimpin) yang berwibawa dan dengan syarat-syarat ketat yang harus dipenuhi. Ketentuan yang harus dimiliki seorang imam selain fasih bacaan dan ucapan juga dituntut memiliki akhlak mulia, seperti wara', tawadhu, muru'ah, dan sebisa mungkin menghindari hal-hal yang buruk, seperti mengkonsumsi barang haram, tukang bohong, angkuh, dan egois. Ia harus sensitif mendengarkan suara-suara dan isyarat-isyarat yang sampaikan oleh ma'mum.
Selain imam, ada ma'mum (jamaah, rakyat) yang santun tetapi tetap memiliki sikap kritis, memiliki hak untuk menegur imam manakala melakukan kekeliruan. Laki-laki mengucapkan kata 'subhanallah' dan perempuan menepuk pahanya yang diperdengarkan kepada imam. Batas kritis ma'mun tidak melampaui batas-batas yang wajar. Ma'mun tidak boleh juga mendiamkan atau membiarkan kekeliruan dan kesalahan yang dilakukan imam. Jika ma'mun sudah menyampaikan pembetulan, namun imam masih tetap tidak menggubrisnya, maka ma'mum tetap tidak boleh emosional memaksakan kehendaknya, meskipun nyata-nyata yang diperjuangkannya itu adalah kebenaran. Pada saatnya imam nanti akan mengganti atau menebus kekeliruannya dengan menyelenggarakan sujud sahwi, yaitu menambah dua sujud sebelum salam.
Imamah adalah konsep yang mengatur antara imam dan makmun. Imamah adalah ketentuan yang harus ditaati semua pihak, baik imam maupun ma'mum. Imam tidak boleh semena-mena dan egois, tetapi ma'mum juga tidak boleh melampaui batas. Ma'mum tidak boleh mendahului imam di dalam melakukan pergerakan di dalam shalat. Iamam juga harus memahami dan menjiwai ma'mumnya. Imam tidak boleh membaca surah-surah panjang secara berlebihan dan membuat ma'mum kelelahan atau mungkin ada yang kurang sehat atau memiliki urusan yang segera harus diselesaikan. Demikianlah ilustrasi siyasah syar'iyyah yang diharapkan tercermin di dalam realitas politik dunia Islam. Meskipun tidak eksplisit disebutkan di dalam konsep hokum dan perundang-undangan kita spirit konsep imam-ma'mum dan imamah sudah terimplementasi di dalam masyarakat. Bahkan konsep ini pernah menyelamatkan Indonesia pada detik-detik sejarahnya mengalami kekosongan pemerintahan sebagai akibat pergantian rezim dalam masa pra dan pro Indonesia.
Based on Government Regulation No. 26 of 2023 concerning management of sedimentation results in the sea, this research aims to find out the pros and cons that occur as a result of the ratification of Government regulation No. 26 of 2023 concerning management of sedimentation results in the sea and what is the perspective of siyasah syar'iyyah fiqh on Government regulation No. 26 of 2023 concerning management of sedimentation results in the sea. This research uses a descriptive type of normative juridical legal research to describe the pros and cons of PP No. 26 of 2023 concerning management of sedimentation results in the sea. The data sources are primary data and secondary data, the data collection technique uses qualitative library research in the form of books, scientific journals, language dictionaries and various other literature. The results of the research show that the opening of sea sand exports was opposed by a number of academics, environmental activists, non-governmental organizations and the DPR RI. The academic text that is the basis for drafting this regulation is considered premature, because it is not supported by the results of a comprehensive study regarding the potential distribution, locations of marine sedimentation that can be taken, sedimentation content, safe retrieval technology, and economic risks and prospects. Perspective of Siyasah Syar'iyyah Fiqh on Government Regulation No. 26 of 2023 concerning the management of sedimentation results in the sea is considered not in accordance with established Islamic law. This can be seen from changes in the system that reintroduced sea sand exports after 20 years of non-operation.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of Program Keluarga Harapan assistance based on the constitutional mandate of the siyasah syar'iyyah perspective. The type of research used is qualitative field research with a normative shari'i and empirical juridical approach. The results showed that the mechanism for providing assistance for the Program Keluarga Harapan in Makassar City was carried out systematically starting from determining the location and number of prospective beneficiary families, determining beneficiary criteria, implementing socialization and data validation processes, implementing commitment verification, implementing family hope program assistance and updating data. Program Keluarga Harapan assistance in Makassar City is given in the form of money distributed through four stages a year, non-cash distribution disbursed through the Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera. In the concept of siyasah syar'iyyah, the Program Keluarga Harapan contains the principle of ta'awun (help) but in the relationship between the government and its people to meet the needs of the dharuriyat; Primary such as food and secondary needs (hajiyat) namely education and health.
