Dear soji
Thanks for response.i will check with group leader to furnish name of official with whom nss volunteer talked.we are happy to get even less no of saplings,up to 50.it would help our volunteers to look after them more closely.on monday official letter will be delievered personally by saurabh,project leader.

Commerce meet me. I have no knowledge of you wanting 200 saplings.
As far as the 200 saplings goes. Ill check with the concern personnel
in the office if saplings in such numbers will be available.
