Please note that the reporting date is one day prior to the beginning of the program (i.e. if your program begins on 15 Jan, then reporting day is on 14th Jan by 10 pm latest.). There is a daily satsang at 6:30 pm that you could attend.
The program would end by evening of the last day (usually it ends before 6:30 pm). Accommodation is provided until the afternoon after the last day of the program (i.e., if your program ends on 20th Jan, accommodation is provided until 12:30 pm of 21st Jan).
Please bring the following documents on your visit to the Ashram to make the registration process quick and easy:
1. Print out of the registration (if you have registered online)
2. Any one of photo identity card with address proof
3. One copy of your current passport (Only for Internationals)
4. One copy of your current Indian Visa (Only for Internationals)
5. One copy of the 'C form' attached with this email (Only for Internationals)
A few tips:
- Loose, light clothing that is comfortable to move in
- Clothing that covers your shoulders and ankles, nothing too revealing, please
- Inexpensive flip-flops/ slippers
- Torchlight and batteries
- Handheld Radio (e.g. your mobile phone) and earphones for language translation facilities. --Translation facilities may be available for groups with large numbers of people who require translation. Please inform ahead of time. (Radios will be also be available for purchase in ashram)
- Locks and keys for all your suitcases
- Yoga mat (Yoga mats can be purchased in the divine services at Ashram)
- Toiletries: Body wash, Shampoo, toilet paper, clothes washing powder or soap (Toiletries listed and more are also available for purchase at the divine services at Ashram)
- Towel (thinner the better, to ensure quick drying)
- Notebook and pen to note down knowledge (also available at divine services for purchase at Ashram)
- Relevant chargers for phone, camera
- Umbrella

Car Pool to/from Ashram
We have noticed that a lot of people come to the Ashram and leave from the Ashram around the same time. If you fill in your details in the form on http://www.artofliving.org/bangalore-ashram/how-reach-ashram, you can combine your travel with someone wanting to travel around the same time to the same place.

Hey plan on extending the stay if u can, u can either do a back-to-back advanced course i. e. Winter break with Bau & Dinesh bhaiya starting on Jan 5 or volunteer for the advanced course!
