In this video the cops are not acting as per the law.
But ,this punishment is what should be written into the law in order to teach such people how it feels to hurt others. All uncivilised noise makers who have no respect for others must be subjected to their own noise at the same dB level at their ears and not away from their ears.
What the cops are doing in this video is just for about 1 min, that is not enough subject them to the noise for not less than 3 hours! Noise torture is used in the illegal detention centre at Guantanamo Bay.
