We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for our industry-leading Venture Acceleration Program, delivered in partnership with Wavefront. This is the perfect opportunity for startups or early stage technology companies looking to accelerate their growth.

The program guides and coaches early-stage companies through entrepreneur leadership and business model planning to build a structurally sound business. Wavefront takes a three-pronged approach to startup acceleration:

1. Market Validation Training (MVT) — This intensive course brings entrepreneurs together for three full days across three months to define their business opportunity, conduct customer discovery and development, and refine their business pitch.

2. Ongoing Mentorship — Each company is paired with an Executive-in-Residence (EIR) to provide customized strategic advisory.

3. Community Resources — VAP companies gain access to events, device rentals, networking opportunities, and more!

The Market Validation Program includes:

• 3 full-day interactive training sessions with other entrepreneurs and a group of mentors

• 3 one-on-one mentoring sessions with an experienced technology CEO or executive

• Online training modules to review and to share with team members (including templates, resources and actionable tools)

You leave with:

• A completed positioning statement and value proposition

• A strategy to succeed at commercialization

• Priorities identified to achieve early adopter customers

• Training to sell to early adopters

• Actionable tools and templates

• Access to contacts and resources

Who's eligible?

• Technology company CEO/founders

• Fewer than 10 employees

• Pre or early revenue

• Must be working full-time on the business

Halifax Dates

• Thursday, September 28: Application deadline

• Thursday, October 5: Cohort companies announced

• Tuesday, October 10: Market Validation Training – Day 1

• Tuesday, October 31: Market Validation Training – Day 2

• Tuesday, November 21: Market Validation Training – Day 3
