It always returned ETIMEDOUT when I executed 'volo create project'

$ volo create Project
ERROR: Error: read ETIMEDOUT

I create a project successfully once, and then it always return such error.
I uninstall/installed the volo module, but it doesn't work.
Can someone figure me out why ?

What version of volo are you using, and what operating system? And
what version of nodejs are you using?

My first guess is that there was a temporary a network issue
connecting to github. You might just try again. If you have something
like curl or wget installed on the command line, you could see if this
type of command works, since it would confirm if it is just a general
networking problem:

wget https://codeload.github.com/volojs/create-template/legacy.zip/master
