Tha ball was about 55+ (45 something + tax + 6 for insurance).

 

Since we are short on budget, are you planning to collect another $10 per head?

 

If I may suggest we need a bag to hold the ball, rope & nails.

 

The old ball is with me. Please take it from me unless you plan to write it off.

I have sent you a check for $56. 

Lets check if someone has a discarded bag, if not we can buy a bag. 

We want to keep $60 in our kitty all the time since this is what a new ball costs. Since we have a new ball we are good for next few months as of now. We'll collect may be $5.00 per head more after a month. Lets make our a/c balance to 0 first to start afresh.
