I'm trying to create a music player for iPhone and iPad.I get it working perfectly on my iPhone and iPad because those actually have a music library. However I want to use fastlane and some other tools with tests so I need to be able to see/add a music library to my simulator as well.
I hope someone can help me out here on how to do this. I've searched this but it seems like nobody asked this question for quite some time. So that means either everyone has given up on it or it is possible and I just can't seem to figure out how to do this.
Now you have to open iFunBox (connect your phone with music library to your pc). In iFunBox, select Raw File System. In this you will find a directory called iTunes_Control from that directory you need to copy some files and directories to the simulator directory you opened before. namely:
You can test your interface on the simulator by writing stub methods that stand between your code and the MPMediaLibrary APIs, but actual access to the user's music library is possible only on a device.
You can mute the specific app in the Volume Mixer in Windows. To get there, right click on the speaker icon on the bottom right of the taskbar, then click Volume Mixer, and you can mute the game there.
If you was here, Id be kissing your feet, for I couldnt take much more of that, and didnt think of doing that at all. BUT that said, they need to just making it on that screen where you can mute it, without all this. I know it wasnt much, but I been going on well over a hour getting very upset, not calming at all, and deciding do I want to take much more of this, and being able to play this game with my account really worth all Im going through right now, when its only got 2 1/2 stars out of 5
Since minimizing the launcher, starts the Microsoft Bitcoin Mining ransomware (hence the high GPU/CPU stress for doing nothing visible) it is not recommended. Better shrink the window and work beside it.
How is there not a mute on the installer? If the game is going to take 2+ weeks and counting to install, there is a slight possibility customers will get annoyed having to mute the thing in the mixer settings.
I have a fairly low speed connection, so downloading the 100gb or so of data for the game is taking a pretty long time. It is frustrating that the music plays and there is no in software way to disable it when I know it may need to run for many hours to finish the download.
I already HATE the music. We need an option to just TURN IT OFF! It is totally impractical to turn it off in the Sound Settings and not hear anything from the Sim when you are trying to learn how to use it. We need everything but the music.
I found this tip on another forum but using Windows, you can right-click on the Windows speaker icon and turn down MSFS volume only. As a MSFS noob with 29 hours' flight time, I'm often switching from a YouTube tutorial to FS2020 and the background music or even ATC chatter made it impossible to hear the tutorial. Great forum and glad to have found it!
There is an audio option which mutes all sounds automatically when the application is not in focus, which is useful when minimising the simulator which I presume is what you're doing to watch YouTube. Since this now applies to the installation manager as well, there is no need for the sound mixer anymore.
I turned down the music volume to zero too, after listening to it a couple of times. As you said, at one point during load I still get a half second blip from the music every time. I already enabled the -FastLaunch command line option, so it's unrelated to the videos playing before the load screen.
Hello everyone! It seems my comment about next week bringing a new guide was a little ill-timed, because as it turns out - Diamond Terminal in the test server was pretty damn unfinished. In a more finished state within the main game now, we have found out that it brings with it three brand new music notes, so let's get into them!
For our very first music note, we're grabbing the very first Classic stage's OST from Sonic Forces - Ghost Town. Luckily, it's in a pretty easy spot to find, all things considered. First things first, you're going to want to go down the purple pathway from the initial spawn point:
Whatever you do, do not go down any of the rails you see around you. Upon getting to the top of the second ramp, immediately turn around, and you'll see a platform directly ahead of you with a purple hallway once again to the right of this pathway. Jump and dash over to it, and go down the purple hallway.
The second music note can be found very close to the previous one. What you're going to do here is from the first music note, go back down the purple hallway that we just went through, and return to the top floor of the purple room.
You'll see a large purple tower that looks like a enclosed space. However, if you run to that pathway in the middle, and turn to your right when you get to it, you'll find a hidden entrance that will take you to the middle of this purple town. This is actually required for both the pearl and switch tasks of the Rouge/Chrome Metal Sonic events, so you'll no doubt find it if you're doing that.
In my experience, this is downright the most annoying music note to find, if only because if you thought it was like the other music notes in practically every other zone, where they're lying out in the open, and you just have to find them - instead this note outright requires completion.
The primary event for this returning world is aiding Rouge in a heist, and when popping into this world, you'll see a giant laser cage behind her, with a jewel floating inside of it. This appears like any other set-dressing you would expect, and if you did the event on the Test Server, that's exactly what you'll have thought.
However, in the main server, this in actuality is exactly like the one music note in Lost Valley that's locked behind completing Shadow's missions and getting access to the Pyramid. The music note is hidden inside of the gem that's trapped inside the cage, and the only way to access it is finishing Rouge's missions, which disables the cage upon completion.
Follow this event guide, and it'll help you very quickly finish up the quests that Rouge has for you. Once that's done, return back to the spawn point where the cage was, and you'll then see that the lasers is gone, and the diamond with it. In it's place, floating in the centre where the gem was is now the final music note.
Throughout all zones and areas there are Hidden Music Notes in Sonic Speed Simulator, you can find only 3 in each world. Another 2 require to beat the Neo Metal Sonic and one of the Eggman boss fights (doesn't matters which version of Eggman you defeat).
Main music features are located in it's own UI which you can access by clicking on the button down below. There, you'll be able to switch whatever music you'd like, as well change some of it's settings. Here's everything about it gathered in this picture!
Here are all the music in the game. You can check the music playing by clicking on settings and it will tell you the name of the song being playing currently in the game and who made it. Here are the names of all the songs, in playing order; plus a link to listen to it.
Hello and thank you for creating this question. To answer it I would have to say for myself while traveling down the road I listen to country music as well as a variety of music types. Sometimes it can be something with a lot of bass and EDM style and sometimes it can be slow enjoyable laid back country music. Sometimes I do not even listen to music I just enjoy the sounds that my truck makes while traveling down the road.
I usually either listen to my spotify list which a bunch of different songs and genres, or I usually listen to TruckersFM, although I dont usually do that often, as I usually watch things liek Twitch, Disney+, Amazon Video+, atm I am currently watching Nmplol while exploring Iberia
Great music everyone! This is a great question. I'm often listening to a lot of Kygo/Avicii and other EDM when cruising down the road, but some Acoustic Rock here and there too depending on my mood and the vibe of the drive
It really depends on my mood at the time, sometimes I might listen to some more modern pop like Pitbull or Avicii, while at other times I might be listening to more heavy metal like one of @RB1988's favorites Rammstein or Mtley Cre.
Often I'm in a VC when driving so then I don't listen to much else then other people's voices. But when I'm not in a VC I often listen to Spotify. What I then listen to is hard to say cause I switch around from time to time. Right now I actually listen to a Playlist of what I think was the best songs from ESC '21. Before that I listened to musicals like Phantom of the Opera or Rocky Horror. Other times I just chill with the most popular songs right now.
i often listen to tfm or spotify when I drive but lately ive been making my own playlist through the ETS2 Music folder so its more personalised. My spotify is a mess atm so it needs a clean up. I listen to juice wrld, Taco hemingway and some other classics! - No tiktok songs tho aha they are too catchy and get stuck in my head -
