Profile pictures to schedules.   With our youth volunteens this summer, I added their profile picture to their schedule and email them to the department they were scheduled to volunteer in.  Our department managers love it.  I have attached an example.

Laurie,

Can you post directions on how to do that?

Yes....

Make sure you have their picture uploaded in Profile.   I usually take their pictures at orientation and them upload them under the profile section of Volgistics.

I also make sure that I have their current schedule in Volgistics.

Then to print:

Under Volulteer Profile:

Select:
Volunteer Name
Select a new page for each volunteer
(Next)
Instructions:  I use our Mission and Vision statement from Volunteer Services
Core Fields:   I just choose their name, type and assisgnment and Regular Schedule
(Next)
Under First Title Line:   Volunteer Profile
(Next)
I usually tag the new volunteers that I am doing this for and just print those
(Next)
I name it "Department Notification"
Save and Print

Once printed I save and send them to the department managers where they will be volunteering.   If I do one at a time, I can save it as a pdf on my computer and email it to the department manager.
