Hi all,
It's glad to inform that Volcano has a new release: v0.3. Volcano is a batch system built on Kubernetes;
it provides a suite of mechanisms that are commonly required by many classes of batch & elastic workload.
There are several enhancements in v0.3 release for job management and batch scheduling, including:

- Enhanced command lines which is HPC user friendly (#666)
- Support reclaimable for queue (#651)
- Support best-effort pods in gang-scheduling (#647)
- Scheduler performance enhancement (#491)
- Several bugs fix for both scheduler and controllers
