Volcano weekly meeting in China and biweekly meeting will be canceled before Oct 8th

Hi, all.

Because of the National Day in China and a majority of members may be in holidy, we decide to cancel weekly meeting in China and biweekly meeting overseas before Oct 8th. If there are something to be discussed, issues and PRs are welcomed or take them to the meetings after holidy.
