I've just uploaded Build 2.1.29 to Google Play. The three big changes are:
1) Auto Backup Timing: The app was SUPPOSED to trigger an auto backup (if one was necessary) any time the home screen was redisplayed, and while it working fine if you had just come back from a different screen in the app, it wasn't working if the app was brought into the foreground. This is no longer an issue.
2) Restoring Filter Actions and/or Presets from a backup failed if there were already any of those items already there. Essentially then, if you chosen to bring Filter Actions or Presets during a restore, you'd end with NONE. If you performed the restore a second time it would work. This has now been fixed, and the retore will work every time.
3) More Robust Error Detection has been added. I now specifically look for the error message that tells us we've exceeded the maximum number of API calls in a period of time. When the app launches, it explicitly checks the result of the very first API call (which retrieves the balance to show on the top bar) and if it failed will pop up a message and halt any further initialization. You can choose to tap "Try Again" if you believe you've overcome the issue that caused the initial failure.

Just a reminder, if you find ANYTHING that seems even slightly out-of-whack in the app. please don't hesitate to post a message on this group to let me know about it. If you find something missing that was in the previous build (text messages notwithstanding), you should mention that too. The purpose of the beta test is to make sure V2 is as good as it can be before it officially replaces the old app forever.
