Build 2.1.33

I have just uploaded a new build to Google Play. There are three changes:

1) I hadn't finished writing the security for the vPri function apparently. This applies to your users with LIMITED ACCESS to the feature.

2) You can now long-tap on a Status Lamp to immediately edit the underlying Sub Account.

3) I found that some of the expanding/collapsing parts of editors (such as "Enable Transactions") weren't always scrolling up the screen to keep the new properties in view.
