1) Fixed a bug in the Call Log concerning Voicemail Transcriptions from INTERNAL calls (those made between two extensions).
2) Revamped the help engine to handle bullet lists, which doesn't sound like much, but greatly improves the readability of some help files.
3) Took all of the help files for the all of the LISTS of objects and created generic text blocks that are programmatically customized to suit the object in question. This ensures consistent help across each type of list, and allowed me to easily add extra help that automatically applies to all lists without massive amounts of work that would have otherwise put me off making the changes in the first place.
4) Built a base routine for specifying and formatting a "block" of help. This is any section of help that comes with it's own subtitle. This ensures consistent appearance across the app, and an easy path to changing the overall formatting as changes to the app dictate. It's more an exercise in future-proofing the help system than it is a noticeable change.
