All,
My company purchased two Cisco 7985 Video phones to test. However,
one of the phones handset does not work. Let's call them Video Phone
CA and Video Phone NY and Video Phone CA is the one which has the
handset problem. Swapping the cord and handsets from Video Phone CA
to Video Phone NY, the handset and cord from Video Phone CA works just
fine on Video Phone NY. But, the handset from Video Phone NY does not
work on Video Phone CA when it just worked.
Is there a bug or a setting I can check to ensure Video Phone CA is
working correctly? Please note, Video Phone CA does work on speaker
phone.
