ldap authentication for asterisk sip users

Hi,
I am the beginner to the asterisk and am working in voip-sip
project. For the sip user, i need to have an ldap authentication.
Could any one help me out to have the ldap authentication for asterisk
sip users?

I'm not using LDAP for any of my stuff locally but a quick google
about I see that a few people have used it in asterisk.
