VOIP and BRR

Hi,

I'm making a BRR (Business Readiness Rating) functionality sheet for
VOIP servers.

To do this I'm listing feature-set that a VOIP server should/could
have, with a weight on how important that feature is (1 to 3).
I'm putting the result here: http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/VOIP+BRR.
(i have made a short brainstorm there, so you can see what I'm
thinging of.)

Anyone have some suggestion on what should be feature groups, and what
items the groups should containt?

This sheed should be used to rate any VOIP server such as Asteris,
Yate, Bayonne and so on.
