Can not make calls

Hi All:


We have two 7985 Cisco IP phones, we were able to registered them.
However we are not able to make local calls
or international calls. We have verified partitions and CSS and it
seems ok.

Do you know where can I find any configuration manual and
specifications of bandwidth, network settings, etc?

Or does anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

I will really appreciate any help?
