Packet8 No incoming LOCAL calls

Hey everyone, new to this form. Anyway, I have a quick ? for anyone
who can help me. I have Comcast cable internet, a Netgear WRG614v6
router, and 2 Packet8 voip boxes (2 lines).
--The problem I am having is that no one within the local calling area
is able to call me. When they do, it goes to the voice mail system,
but they can not leave a message. It seems as though the people at
Packet8 are clueless. I know of one fix (get a different provider) but
I wanted to check to see if anyone has resolved this problem.

Hi, Welcome to the list.
You may want to be sure that your inbound sip traffic isnt being
dropped by the router.
Be sure that sip ports (generally 5060) are forwarded to the correct
device.
That is really all I can suggest.
