cannot connect server in SER

Hi,
i have installed sip express router in which i have successfully
installed seradmin. After i click the "connect" button on seradmin
window, it runs always but seems cannot connect to server. I have
already started server on 5060, mysql is running user/password is
ser/heslo.
Can you tell me why?
