Support for Phonebook Groups

I have just pushed Build 152 to Google Play. This build includes one bug fix (the in-app help wasn't working), and the following two additiions:

1) I now support PHONEBOOK GROUPS

2) You can now make a call from the Phonebook list

This build SHOULD be available sometime on Tuesday afternoon, though on odd occasions the app is held back for a full evaluation by Google, and that can take days. However, that happened on Build 150, and so I don't think it will happen this time.

Oh well, it seems Google Play is going to be slow this time around. Keep an eye out for this build in the next day or so.
